Seeking Passionate Employees

I’d like to bend your ear a moment about passion. Our team has it. Maybe you do too, but you’re just not passionate about what you’re doing right now. Maybe that’s why you’re reading THIS blog post. Let me tell you right away that businesses are moving so fast now. You need to choose to get passionate or get used to NOT getting what you want. I love it. I REALLY LOVE IT. The passion and fuel received from working with great people and building something truly awesome is immeasurable. Someone once said, “you won’t work a minute of your life if you enjoy what you’re doing.” I think they’re right. I could care less about counting hours or vacation time off. Let’s have some fun and get to work. When you need a break, take one. It’s as simple as that. Accomplishment and winning are two of the greatest things that a person can do. It feels wonderful. If you don’t think so, you’re either lying to yourself or you simply haven’t experienced them yet in great quantities. This doesn’t mean you have to sell something either. I’m talking about taking true ownership in what you’re doing. I’m talking about seeing your work as art, not a means to a paycheck. Obviously, the flip side of each of these is failure or losing. Man, does that suck. I hate losing as much, if not more than I love winning. But what makes us competitive people go. The sooner you understand this, the quicker you’ll be able to start accomplishing more of your goals. Sorry, for my rant but I just can’t help it. What I could possibly do though, is help you. If you’re looking to fill some time on your schedule and maybe get paid for it, I’ll save you the time. This isn’t the place for you.
