I love my job here at Mudd, I have been here for 10 years and I never have a dull moment. Always something going on and leaning new things all the time. Have the best managers that are always ready to help you out so you do better. I feel like there is always someone that has my back. It is a great place to work and they have fun!
For over 33 years, I have called Mudd Advertising “my home”. I’m not just an employee, I’m part of the Mudd family. They care about you not just from 8am to 5pm, but 24/7. It’s an awesome feeling knowing they have my back!
I have been with the CSR team at Mudd for close to 7 years and I have learned a lot from my team during my time here. My team is amazing, and they have helped me grow not only as a person, but as an employee as well. I am comfortable bouncing ideas off of them and we work hard together to ensure our clients are taken care of and that we have a positive work/life balance.
I have worked for the Mudd Family for over 18 years. Why? Because they are amazing people. They truly care and look out for you down to a personal level. Also because I enjoy building relationships, working with, and helping Automotive Dealers succeed.
I applied for an internship at Mudd over 11 years ago. It was my dream to work at Mudd because I had seen how well they treated their employees. My boss and team quickly became friends and mentors – I try to be as good of a teammate and mentor to the people that follow behind me. I love the work that I do here and truly believe that it contributes to the success of our clients. There’s a lot of professional satisfaction in seeing a business grow and knowing that you’re part of the team that made it happen.

I have been at Mudd for about 4 years. During that time I have faced a lot of new challenges and opportunities, which have helped me to learn and grow in a way I would have never imagined! My favorite part about Mudd is my team. I know that I will always be supported and encouraged by those around me and have found several lifelong friends during my time here.
