Pay Per Click Account Manager

Essential Job Duties

  1. Create paid advertising campaigns for search, display, social, and video
  2. Optimize campaigns to achieve and excel benchmark KPIs
  3. Input and monitor budget performance using a bid management tool
  4. Setup onsite campaign measurement for paid campaigns using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  5. Support sales by providing insights and opportunities from campaign performance
  6. Learn new advertising platforms and campaign types to expand our business



  1. Google AdWords, and Bing certified
  2. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
    1. Google Analytics Certified preferred
  3. 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in paid advertising
  4. Experience with programmatic buying preferred
  5. Strong communication and organization skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Ability to follow and document new processes for campaign execution
  9. Basic knowledge of tracking pixels and how to implement on the website using Google Tag Manager

**This position is located in our Cedar Falls, Iowa office.  It is not a remote position.**
