Essential Job Duties

  1. Manage the client experience after sale is complete
    1. Successfully onboard new clients according to defined process and timeline
    2. Closely manage and nurture accounts to create sustained relationships with their stakeholders
    3. Ensure client is aware and educated on the services they are receiving and that they are using all appropriate services
    4. Clearly capture client feedback and ensure it is conveyed internally
  2. Ensure account is using maximum services offered by Mudd to meet their dealership goals
    1. Work closely with Integrated Communications Manager to manage upsell opportunities
    2. Act as a client advocate in driving industry best practices and position Mudd Advertising’s services as a key driver to their success
    3. Actively collect and communicate performance results from the dealership and from their campaigns to stakeholders
  3. Support entire account team in planning, executing and performance reporting.
    1. Enter contracts/quotes and facilitate job creation
    2. Drive ongoing client communication regarding current and future campaign performance
    3. Prepare materials for regular account meetings to take place in person or via phone
    4. Monitor work for deadlines and accuracy to ensure maximum campaign performance

Requirements

  1. Associate’s degree
  2. Outstanding communication skills
  3. High level of organizational skills
  4. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
  5. Ability to build rapport quickly
