A Game-Changing NADA
I’m a big fan of TedTalks. If you’ve never watched one before, I highly recommend taking some time out of your day to do so. But for the purpose of this blog, I want to draw your attention to one in particular: How Great Leaders Inspire Action by Simon Sinek. While all 18 minutes are worth the watch, the bottom line is this:
People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.
We do what we do at Mudd because we want our clients to be able to always ask for and expect an immediate result. It isn’t just a company goal; it’s been in our DNA since day one. It’s something we work towards across all of our departments and it will continue to be the driving force behind everything we do in the future.
In just over two weeks, nearly 20 Mudd employees will make the trek out west to Vegas to attend the National Automobile Dealers Association Convention and Expo. While we’ve attended the NADA Convention for more years than we can count, this year will be a game-changer for our company, industry, and most importantly, our clients.
Why a Game-Changing Year?
We will be unveiling a digital platform that will help us be even more efficient in providing an immediate response to our clients. It’s a platform that will give our clients greater insight into their results and plan more effectively for future campaigns. But above all else, it’s going to help our clients reach new levels of success.
In addition to the unveiling of this platform, Jim Mudd Sr. and Clifton Lambreth will be launching The Ad Man, a book they co-authored about one man’s journey to success.
But still, that’s not all.
We’ve also decided to bring MuddTV to Vegas. Dealers will have the opportunity to talk about their dealership and it will later be broadcast online. That’s right, you can get a 2-3 minute promo for free.
But before your debut on screen, remember: People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it. Why do you do what you do?
We believe that our clients should be able to ask for and expect an immediate result. And we’ll continue to develop our product offerings as we move into the future to ensure this mantra is maintained.
This NADA convention is bound to be unlike any of its predecessors. We hope you will stop by our booth (#2480) to share in this game-changing year with us.
